Easy Hummus

Savory and garlicky, this straightforward hummus may be a top notch, protein-packed appetizer that’s ideal for any gathering. Appreciate it as a plunge for a variety of new veggies and pita chips or as a spread for your favorite wraps and sandwiches!

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Garbanzo Beans – drained
  • 3 Garlic, clove
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil 
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin, ground

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender replacement cup and run for 10 seconds.
  2. Remove the blender lid and scrape hummus down sides of the bowl with a silicone spatula and run the blender again for 10 seconds.
  3. Move to a bowl and serve.
